You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.
What cannot be returned
- Items damaged through use rather than a manufacturing fault
- Products with missing packaging, parts or accessories
- Hygiene-sensitive items such as feeding products, once opened
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the item and we will confirm the next steps. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
